岗位描述：自觉遵守国家法律和学校各项规定，积极完成系里和学校规定的各种教学、科研、公共服务工作；具有博士学位，从事能源动力及相关应用领域工作，学术成果在同年龄段中具有突出优势；热爱教学，胜任教学和研究生的指导工作。

资格条件：

1、从事前沿基础研究工作，应取得高水平原创性成果，在国际上有较大影响，或有潜力能够在开拓新学科方向起到引领作用；

2、从事应用性研究，应在关键技术研发方面取得重要成果，能够在本行业起到引领作用。

3、能够独立开展相关领域的教学与科研，承担与学科发展相关的管理与社会服务工作 。

Job Description:

Consciously abide by national laws and school regulations, and actively complete all kinds of teaching, scientific research and public service work ; With a doctor's degree, engaged in thermoflow science and renewable energy and related applications, with outstanding academic achievements in the same age group; Competent for teaching and graduate guidance.

Qualifications:

1. For candidates engaged in frontier basic research: Must have achieved high-level, original academic accomplishments with substantial international influence, or possess the potential to lead the advancement of new disciplinary directions.

2. For candidates engaged in applied research: Must have made significant contributions to the development of key technologies and have the capacity to take a leading role in the industry.

3. Capable of independently conducting teaching and research, and undertaking management and social service responsibilities related to the development of the discipline.
